POSITION INFO:
Qualification Matric \/ Senior Certificate Applicants should hold one of the following: Hospitality Management Diploma or Degree Hotel Management Qualification Restaurant Management Qualification Business Management Degree or Diploma Operations Management Qualification Supply Chain or Logistics Qualification Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role . Minimum 3 years managing teams of 50+ employees . Experience within : Hospitality Food manufacturing Retail operations FMCG manufacturing Hotel operations Multi-site operations Valid drivers license Systems Experience Mandatory: Advanced Pastel Partner experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite proficiency. Payroll systems experience. Inventory management systems experience. Highly advantageous: Sage Payroll. ERP systems.
