Operations Analyst

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Operations Analyst to evaluate and enhance business processes, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Analyse business requirements and recommend practical, value-adding solutions Map and document current (\"as-is\") and future (\"to-be\") business processes Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Support project communication plans and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout project lifecycles Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations effectively Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies Contribute to business and technology feasibility assessments for new initiatives Compile, analyse, and present reports using data from multiple sources Plan and prioritise work to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing business practices and recommending enhancements Requirements: BCom or BBA qualification (advantageous) Experience within manufacturing, construction, mining, or heavy equipment\/ machinery industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data Experience in business process analysis and process mapping Ability to evaluate options and recommend practical, implementable solutions Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities Experience supporting project communication, reporting, and progress tracking Understanding of project risk identification and mitigation Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
