We develop innovative solutions to help our clients manage and present their events in a digital word that sets them apart from their competition. We are leading the South African school, club and provincial market in capturing, leveraging and developing data that will see our clients become leaders in their sectors of the sport and cultural space.

This role will be a key member of the Team providing day-to-day coordination of activities for clients in our event management and live streaming spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for managing events, coordinating teams, gathering feedback and testing functionality across the operational space of the business.


As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients to ensure that they have the means to run their upcoming events
  • Training and developing system users to ensure a seamless rollout of whitelisted systems
  • Coordinating, costing, and deploying teams at events around the country
  • Building relationships with our clients to ensure high levels of service delivery
  • Assisting in the creation and monitoring of maintenance budgets on an ongoing and as-needed basis
  • Identifying areas of potential growth
  • Working with the development team to improve and enhance on the functionality of the system as it grows
  • Assist with the marketing of our services at the events we run


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have high levels of computer literacy


Desired Characteristics

  • Have experience in the Sports or Events industry
  • Have 2 years of experience as a project administrator/coordinator or operations space
  • Have good Oral and Written communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Have proven organisational and analytical ability
