SUMMARY:

The Operations / Distribution Manager is responsible for the management of SLAs and relationships with distribution partners

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Management of SLA''s:

Ensuring that all orders are delivered within SLA
All customer related queries to be resolved timeously
Ensuring that all stock received are captured on system timeously
All proof of delivery (PODs) to be received on time
All credit notes to be investigated and approved

Management of relationship with distribution partners:

Monthly KPI review meetings with distribution partners
Action plans for SLA failures

Team management:

Managing both internal and external stakeholders
Escalating queries

Responsibility towards:

Direct reports - None
Matrix reports -Sales and Marketing, Finance, Warehouse
Key customers - Wholesalers and Certain Pharmacies
Key suppliers - Courier Companies

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
At least 2 years of warehouse experience
Drivers Licence
Required to work overtime when requested

Good knowledge of the Pastel Accounting system
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
