Operations / Distribution Manager

SUMMARY:

The Operations / Distribution Manager is responsible for the management of SLAs and relationships with distribution partners

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Management of SLA''s:

• Ensuring that all orders are delivered within SLA
• All customer related queries to be resolved timeously
• Ensuring that all stock received are captured on system timeously
• All proof of delivery (PODs) to be received on time
• All credit notes to be investigated and approved

• Monthly KPI review meetings with distribution partners
• Action plans for SLA failures

• Managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Escalating queries

• Direct reports - None
• Matrix reports -Sales and Marketing, Finance, Warehouse
• Key customers - Wholesalers and Certain Pharmacies
• Key suppliers - Courier Companies

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Drivers Licence
• Required to work overtime when requested

• Highly Computer Literate
• Good knowledge of the Pastel Accounting system
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
