• DIVA, iStore, ADGR, Active Directory/LDAP
• Programming: Java, Python, Perl
• International team coordination & ITIL processes
• Web application operations & maintenance

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• Certifications: ITIL, Scrum, Scrum Master, Storage, OS (advantageous)
• 4+ years in IT operations, storage, Scrum, VDI & OS

• Design & maintain VDI solutions aligned with BMW standards
• Develop Ansible playbooks for hybrid cloud deployments
• Drive VDI automation, onboarding, and cloud strategy
• Monitor, optimize, and report on VDI performance
• Support cloud migration and application owners
• Manage ITSM processes, documentation, and security
• Coordinate contractors and moderate operations meetings
• Weekend availability for change implementations
