SUMMARY:
Fantastic career opportunity for a high performing and talented individual to join leading global telecommunications company at the cutting edge of new technology.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Cisco environment plus a minimum of a CCNA certification and ITIL Foundation required.

POSITION INFO:
Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring stability of the network and optimal Customer satisfaction.

Cancellations & monitoring
Troubleshooting & local loop configurations
Customer Communication
Site visits & router configurations
Teamwork

Competency Requirements For Position
Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of networks in the telecommunications industry.
Knowledge of customer service principles.

Skills

Written and verbal communication skills.
Practical understanding of network design.

Minimum Qualifications

CCNA certification
ITIL Foundation

Minimum Experience

2 years’ experience in a Cisco environment.

Other Requirements

Must be willing to work weekend shifts on a monthly basis.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts and overtime.
