SUMMARY:
Fantastic career opportunity for a high performing and talented individual to join leading global telecommunications company at the cutting edge of new technology.

A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a Cisco environment plus a minimum of a CCNP certification and ITIL Foundation required.

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring stability and growth of the network and optimal Customer satisfaction. Responsible for efficient implementation of projects within agreed timelines and SLA.

Competency Requirements For Position

Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of networks in the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of customer service principles

Practical understanding of network design
Coaching and knowledge sharing skills

Minimum Qualifications

CCNP (Mandatory)
ITIL Foundation

Minimum Experience

3 - 4 years’ experience in a Cisco environment in Telecommunications.

Other Requirements

Must be willing to work weekend shifts on a monthly basis.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts and overtime.
