A manufacturing company is seeking an Operational Financial Manager to join their team in Germiston.    

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the full finance function for one of their divisions, including but not limited to:

• Staff management
• Monthly financial and operational reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Actual vs standard variance analysis.
• Working capital management and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent.
• CIMA – operational level or above.
• 5 – 10 years experience
• Manufacturing would be beneficial.
