A manufacturing company is seeking an Operational Financial Manager to join their team in Germiston.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the full finance function for one of their divisions, including but not limited to:

Staff management
Monthly financial and operational reporting.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Actual vs standard variance analysis.
Working capital management and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent.
CIMA – operational level or above.
5 – 10 years experience
Manufacturing would be beneficial.
