About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations, orchestrating seamless collaboration between departments including Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, and Maintenance. Your leadership will shape the rhythm of service, ensuring each guest encounter reflects the estate’s commitment to excellence, warmth, and sophistication.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver consistently world-class service.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bar teams, and front-of-house staff to elevate the dining journey.
- Oversee smooth and efficient daily operations, ensuring every detail aligns with brand and service standards.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage budgets, resources, and systems to support operational excellence and innovation.
