Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix Digital Business Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager full time based at our Midrand Office to Own the delivery of the entire Customer contract execution scope, including the entire lifecycle of projects Advanced analytical skills are required to identify opportunities for service and process improvement across the customer base supported Work independently with limited oversight from a supervisor. High-level decision-making responsibilities 
include the prioritization of work for the team and determining approaches to effectively address service delivery concerns of customers

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Acceptable Project Management qualification(s)
• Graduate degree - Advantage

• Advanced analytical skills are required to identify opportunities for service and process improvement across the customer base supported
• Work independently with limited oversight from a supervisor
• High-level decision-making responsibilities include prioritization of work for the team and determining approaches to effectively address service delivery concerns of customers
• Advanced ability to work with a multitude of people and teams to balance demands
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively with escalations, difficult situations and demanding individuals under pressure
• Co-ordinate, understand and successfully integrate the activities of a large cross-cultural, cross-border team including virtual interaction and travel within geography on a regular basis
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of team management including hiring, development and counselling.
• Ability to successfully and efficiently develop and implement actionable roadmaps
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with managing project P&L
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading business programs of large scale, including the management of large project teams and direct reports in a multi-national
• environment
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Acute Business Acumen
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project and time management skills.
• Work schedule flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Established partner relationship management experience
• Demonstrated track record of continuous support service and cost improvement and optimisation
• Ability to liaise, establish strong relationships and work effectively with key leaders
• High level proficiency in all aspects of communicating with team members, supervisor and peers
