Are you a hospitality professional with a strong Rooms Division background and a passion for operational excellence? A prestigious 5-star hotel is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate service standards, and drive exceptional guest satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing â Oversee all operational departments with a strong focus on Rooms Division â Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to deliver world-class service â Manage staffing, performance, and employee engagement initiatives â Drive guest satisfaction through proactive guest liaison and service recovery â Prepare and manage strategic budgets, forecasting, and cost controls â Monitor operational efficiencies and implement continuous improvements â Ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently maintained â Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets What We're Looking For â Minimum 3 years' experience in an Operations Manager role within a 5-star hotel environment â Strong Rooms Division background essential â Proven staff management and leadership abilities â Experience with strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls â Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences â Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills â Hands-on leader with a strong operational presence â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment Why Join? â¨ Be part of an award-winning luxury hospitality brand â¨ Work with passionate industry professionals â¨ Influence operational excellence and guest satisfaction â¨ Grow your career in a world-class environment If luxury hospitality is in your DNA and operational excellence is your standard, we'd love to hear from you!
