SUMMARY:
A well established property management company is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to be based in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a mature, experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre, including maintenance, security, cleaning, tenant relations, contractor management, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Manage operational budgets, service providers, capital projects, and health & safety requirements while driving cost control, sustainability, and service excellence. Requirements Any recognised tertiary qualification, preferably related to facilities management or technical engineering qualifications. 5 or more years of related experience, with at least two or more years of supervisory experience.
