To ensure a safe factory is created where people will be motivated, grow and feel valued. Create a continuously improvement mindset. Roll out Group Performance management system. Achieve Factory KPI''s as agreed through effective teams.

   Education:

•  Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics or similar

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Manage Safety, Health, Environment & Risk at Plant
• Manage Plant, Process and systems at Plant
• Engineering
• Manage Human Resources and Plant morale
• Drive Manufacturing strategy into the plant

  Remuneration:

   R1 000 000 – R1 300 000 CTC per annum
