Executive Operational plan
Optimise services (Productivity and quality)
Service Management
Manage operation team effectively to achieve goals by:
- Planning production
- Improving quality of deliverables
- Training and developing
- Recruitment of new team members
- Building strong relationships
- Motivating of team members
Quotations compiled for ad hoc or audit enhancements to current systems and special investigations
Use project management skills to implement project plans
Co-ordinate all hardware purchasing for internal and operational purposes
Manage client relationships

Essential Requirements

1-2 years' Production Management experience in an IT infrastructure environment
Management Experience
IT Infrastructure, Networks and/or Telecommunications experience
Basic knowledge of finance
Project management skills
