Exciting opportunity for Operations Manager with retail experience at Managerial level. Wynberg - Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a leading omni-channel retailer.  Due to their exponential growth they currently have a vacancy for an Operations Manager based in Cape Town.  The purpose of the role is to direct the management, improvement, implementation and monitoring of administrative, operational and system- orientated processes in a customer service focused logistics operation to improve overall communication, delivery, efficiencies and returns. Manage the service providers against clear KPA''s and service level agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ logistics / supply chain experience in a retail environment at managerial level.
• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Good understanding of ERP software development standards and methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
