POSITION INFO:
The main purpose of the role:
The WMS Key User is responsible for ensuring the effective use, support, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System within daily operations. Acting as the link between warehouse operations, IT teams, and management, the Key User ensures smooth system performance, provides end-user support and training, and participates in system upgrades or process improvement initiatives. Execution of System Driven Warehouse activities to ensure maximum productivity and workload balance.

• Warehouse Management Systems

• Support current instances of WMS implementations

• Grade 12

• Degree an advantage

• Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Key user of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA Dispatcher (Red Prairie)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Logistics/ supply chain/ warehousing or a related business.

• At least 1–2 years in a system super-user, key-user, or system support role (WMS, TMS and or Customer service management tools)

• Proven experience in system rollouts, UAT, or systems training

• Unendorsed license & own transport

• Ability to travel around Gauteng, South Africa, & International

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Controller, or Systems Super User

• Participation in system rollouts, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), or training programs.

• Knowledge of lean principles and process automation
