SUMMARY:

Seeking Operations Manager Warehouse with FMCG experience. Must have WMS and automation implementation knowledge. Emotional maturity and leadership qualities required.

POSITION INFO:

Operations Manager Warehouse

Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs
Sector: Logistics, Warehouse & Supply Chain, Production
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Warehouse Management, 3 years managerial experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for solid FMCG warehouse experience, WMS implementation, and automation implementation.
We need emotional maturity, interpersonal skills, team player, intrinsic leader, and someone who can add value and support the team to where it needs to be.
Knowledge of business and management principles.
Managing budgets, Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation processes.
Health & Safety Regulations, Space Optimization – Layout & Design.
Knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Six-Sigma methodology.
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
