Operations Performance Manager

POSITION INFO:

The Operations Performance Manager is responsible for managing the operations performance across the business. The Operation Performance Manager will be responsible for reviewing, improving and setting the KPI’s and identifying opportunities for improvement. A key part of the role will be to manage cost saving projects for the business.

Education & Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in business Improvement Management, Change Management, business strategy, project management and KPI Management.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or related
• Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
• Experience in the Agriculture/Production/Manufacturing or FMCG Industries essential
• Experience developing employee training programs.

Essential Knowledge:

• HACCP / BRC / Food safety
• Food production and process optimization
• Sound experience in TPM, WCM, and LEAN methodologies.
• Proficiency with TQM process evaluation techniques
• Procurement of fruit and consumables etc
• Budgets and financial monitoring and control.
• Cost management
• Management of CAPEX projects
• People / performance management
• Understanding of health and safety systems and procedures
• Operation performance and participative management
• Project Management
• Waste Management principles
