Operations Support Engineer

POSITION INFO:

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of customer server operating systems and hosting platform environments

You will also provide administration for managed service customers, perform project and transition related duties regarding new deployments and development requirements

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years maintenance and administration on the Azure Platform

Minimum of 2 years experience in configuring, troubleshooting, patching and administering Microsoft Windows Server Operating System (2012,2016,2019)

Networks, switching and routing experience

Administrating Microsoft 365 and maintaining Azure Backups

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP IIS, FTP and Clustering

Qualification:

IT Related Qualification

Microsoft Azue AZ -900

Microsoft Azure AZ103/4

Microsoft MCSA

ITIL Foundation (Preferred)
