Operations and Fund Finance Manager

The incumbent will be required to provide private equity operations, fund financial management and compliance function to the company, to provide the executive with key financial information and operational analytics and ensure that the company and its investee companies remain compliant and to manage the full operational function of the fund.

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) or other related qualification
• At least 2-3 years working experience in private equity fund administration and accounting is essential
• Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance Management would be an advantage
• FSCA Approved Compliance Officer for Cat I/ Cat II would be an advantage
• Strong working knowledge and application experience of financial markets and financial securities/investments
• Investment and financial industry experience (essential)

• Assisting in the annual auditing process
• Dividend resolutions and calculations
• Responsive to the needs of investee companies, team members and other stakeholders
