JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Talent and OD Specialist for one of our sister company in Midrand. The successful candidate will be required to provide business partnering for a high-performance culture, specifically by facilitating OD interventions and support in the areas of: change and communication management, talent management and business processes improvement. The person must be able to interact with Senior Management and Executives within the organisation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Post graduate qualification (Hons or Masters), preferably in Industrial Psychology
HPCSA Registered Psychometrist/Industrial Psychologist

Registration as an HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practice

Work Experience:

3 – 6 years in a senior organizational role and influencing at Senior Management and Executive levels.
2 – 4 years’ consultative experience in Organizational Design & Development, Talent Management and Performance Optimization.
4 years’ professional experience with proven success in project management / coordination, talent management, organization development, strategy and planning, and talent development / facilitation.
Proven track record of Change management implementations.
Proven track record of operationalizing tactics related to the full talent /employee management life cycle and implementing an integrated employee value proposition.
Evidence of applying new thinking to drive Human Capital improvement and efficiency.
Experience in HC, including the following disciplines: Learning & Development, Recruitment, Performance management, Remuneration & Employee benefits

Knowledge:

Application of behavioral science principles.
Ability to simplify theoretical principles into practical, easy to manage performance enhancing interventions.
Solid knowledge of the HR Value Chain.
Understanding of organizational systems / processes.
Functional business acumen.
Change management knowledge.
Organization and job design.
Functional legislation knowledge (EE, LRA, BCE).
Knowledge of operational environment (ICT distribution and related value chain).
Expert and professional level organizational design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management and L&D background is advantageous.
ICT distribution and other relevant industries.
