Human Capital Business unit of a large organisation requires a leader to develop strategy and develop human effectiveness within the organisation

POSITION INFO:

Essentials You need
Masters degree in Human resources, social or behavioural sciences
Postgraduate degree in Human resources, social or behavioural sciences

5-8 years’ experience within Human Capital (essential)
2-3 years’ experience in Organisational Effectiveness or Organisational Development
Expertise in implementation and maintenance of talent management processes
Proven success in the development and implementation of organisational effectiveness interventions
Registered as Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
