Position: Outbound Call Centre Agent (JB2227)
Location: Claremont, Cape Town (Office Based)
Salary: R5 500 per month + commission + weekly performance-based incentives
Duration: 6 Month Contract

Overview:
Our client based in Claremont, Cape Town is a financial service provider, providing innovative needs based on life and health insurance cover.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years Call Centre experience selling short or long term insurance
Matric (Grade 12) Essential
RE 5
FAIS credits

Responsibilities include:
Knowledge of financial service products
Computer literate
Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation
Excellent compliance and quality assurance
Use of effective probing and questioning technique
