JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare design workshops (Customer service/SD/LE functional domains)
- Execute the design workshops
- Drive design to conclusion
- Document workshop outcomes and produce design deliverables
- Drive design discussions with the client in the area of outbound, with a focus on customer service
- Participate to cross-team integration alignment sessions

Skills:
- Senior S4 SD/LE experience
- Good communication skills
- Design experience (more than 3 design experiences)
