JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a market leading company whom specializes in Medical Supplies for over 15 years and is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director/ Operations Manager/ Office Manager.

This is a fun and energetic office space to work in, yet serious about serving their clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position;

- HR background will be a bonus;

- Preferably living within 20km radius from Montague Gardens;

- Own reliable transport and valid license;

- Preferably a non- smoker;

- Excellent communication and listening skills;

- Assertive an reliable.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing directors diary and calendar;

- Responsible for directors travel arrangements;

- Buffer between staff and director by managing all staff issues that may exist;

- Leave control (including sick leave and absenteeism);

- Assist with managing disciplinary procedures and ensuring the policies and procedures are followed;

- Day to day running of the office;

- Input on Team events etc.
