Join this leading Insurance firm in Gauteng as a Payroll Manager 


Education and experience:

ï‚· Minimum 5 years working experience in a Payroll management role
ï‚· 10 years working experience within the payroll environment
ï‚· BCom Hons in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field required.
ï‚· Must have worked on a payroll of minimum 2000 people
ï‚· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
Advantageous
ï‚· Proficiency in payroll software an added advantage
ï‚· Additional qualification in Payroll will be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

ï‚· Responsible for administrative procedures and documentation (contribute to the improvement
of internal systems and procedures, payroll calendar management, proactively remind clients of
deadlines on a monthly basis, driving deadlines, prioritise, schedule own work, give input in
scheduling payroll administrators, dealing with contingencies)
ï‚· Responsible for Monthly payroll processes (Payroll review, compiling query list, process
management, structured working, ability to solve problems and client queries)
ï‚· Ability to interpret and apply statutory regulations and maintain Payroll system changes
ï‚· Identifying potential risks and report this to the Executive of Rewards and Benefit
ï‚· Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
