JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
THIS POSITION IS A STRATEGIC ROLE AND NOT GETTING INVOLVED IN DAY TO DAY
ADVANCED EXCEL WITH STRONG FOCUS ON DATA ANALYSIS AND SOURCING

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BIG MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
WILL BE MANAGING THE PLANNING OF THE PLANT
SUPERVISING 7 X DIRECT AND 8 X INDIRECT
FMCG, PACKAGING, PAPER, AND CORRUGATED EXP IS PREF

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Operational and tactical ownership and execution of all business unit planning functions.
Management and leadership of the Supply Chain functions planning teams.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Matric or any equivalent qualification
- BSc, BCom Hons in Supply Chain or related qualification, bachelor’s degree Engineering qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing or FMCG in the planning or supply chain environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Knowledge and experience in dispatch principles at a supervisory level.
- 3-5 years in Planning Management, Supply Chain Management or Master Production Planning
- 1 experience in production planning, scheduling, customer service, internal sales and dispatch function will be advantageous.
- Experience in a high asset utilization, high stock environment
