POSITION INFO:

PRODUCTION MANAGER – FLORIDA – R55 000 P/M NEG

BDegree/Diploma in Engineering/Production Qualification with 3 years+ experience in Production Management. IR Skills, ability to motivate team, handle pressure, problem-solving, analytical & technical skills. Must have good understanding of Lean Manufacturing Systems & familiar with Quality & Environmental Management Systems. Manufacture products according to client specifications, Manage overdue orders, deliver products according to lead times, ensure department meets legal requirements, manage & control resources to ensure adherence to approved budgeted/forecast expenditure, manage & control raw materials & work in process. Ensure Production, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems are followed, ensure Production Plan/Schedules are delivered by effective planning. Drive “Lean” in area of responsibility, participate in Lean Workshops. Set team goals to support company objectives, identify training & development needs.
