SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic property management team as a Property Administrator, responsible for lease administration, tenant relations, compliance, reporting, and maintaining accurate property and lease records.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Grade 12 with Accountancy as a subject. Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property administration. Experience with lease administration, renewals, tenant onboarding, and document management. Advanced MS Office skills and experience with SAP, MDA, or similar property management systems. Knowledge of FICA, POPIA, KYC, and commercial property compliance requirements. Understanding of commission calculations, turnover reporting, and financial administration. Strong organisational, administrative, and document management skills. Excellent communication, typing, and customer service skills.
