Ready to work alongside some of the best search engine marketing minds worldwide? We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Account Manager to take ownership of high-profile Google Ads accounts. In this role, you will not only build and optimise campaigns but also act as a strategic consultant to clients, using your analytical prowess to maximise their ROI. If you have a passion for data, a knack for persuasive ad copy, and the financial acumen to manage significant budgets, we want to hear from you.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and optimise complex digital advertising accounts to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
Analyse campaign metrics, draw meaningful conclusions from data, and create insightful summary reports for clients
Communicate regularly with clients regarding account performance and strategic direction
Make data-driven decisions to constantly refine and improve campaign performance, maximising return on investment
Write powerful and compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences
Manage budgets effectively and perform in-depth ROI analysis

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated digital advertising account management experience
Certification: Must be certified in relevant advertising platforms
Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency with major advertising platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management software
Data & CRM: Strong understanding of first-party data and how to connect advertising accounts to CRM solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication: Above-average verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex strategy clearly with clients
Education: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Experience with additional advertising platforms is a plus
