SUMMARY:
A highâgrowth digital business is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join its performance marketing team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working analytically, testing ideas, and improving results through smart optimisation and dataâled decisions.
You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns, working closely with crossâfunctional teams to support traffic growth, visibility, and measurable commercial outcomes.

About This Role:
This position focuses on managing and optimising paid search activity across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns from the ground up, refining performance, and providing insight that helps inform broader marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute paid search strategies aligned with business objectives
Research, build, and maintain keyword portfolios to support performance goals
Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Write and refine ad copy to drive relevance, engagement, and conversions
Implement tracking and measurement frameworks to accurately assess performance
Monitor live campaigns and make proactive optimisation decisions
Run structured A/B tests across ads, keywords, bidding approaches, and landing pages
Analyse performance data and translate findings into practical recommendations
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
Track competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Manage budgets carefully, reallocating spend based on results and priorities
Ensure account hygiene, accuracy, and compliance with platform policies
Stay up to date with platform changes, tools, and bestâpractice developments

What We're Looking For:
1–2 years’ handsâon experience managing PPC or paid search campaigns
A solid understanding of search engine marketing principles and optimisation tactics
Experience working with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to work
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistent results
Confidence working independently while collaborating with broader marketing teams

Nice To Have:
Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
