JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hustler, creative, innovative individual to join one of the TOP banks in SA, join the retail and online partner team.

Responsibilities:

Engage and present - C-Suite level stakeholders

Budget management

Portfolio management

Strategy development

Commercial deal making

Negotiations

Project management

Relationship building

Risk mitigation

Deal with difficult conversations

Operations

Responsible for new value propositions - loyalty, retail, finance, e-commerce

Research and modelling

Financial recovery management

Must have:

Matric

Relevant degree - Finance / Management / Science / Business / Investment

No less than 7 - 10 years' working experience (e-commerce / retail / loyalty industry) within the bank

Should be vaccinated, can be based in Johannesburg

Strong business acumen

Strong number / analytical mindset

Ability to handle difficult conversations

Present to CEO's etc.

Entrepreneurial background

Able to fail, stand up and move forward

Ethical

Operational background

Passion for your work

Great attitude

Clear ITC (credit), crim, great track record, contactable references
