Purpose Of The Job:

Owned Sales Manager to join their dealership team. This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing automotive sales professional who has successfully transitioned into a junior management role and is ready to further develop their leadership career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both new and pre-owned vehicle sales, with a strong emphasis on cross-selling across both departments. The role requires a hands-on individual who remains actively involved in the sales environment while motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Our client is specifically looking for someone who is energetic, vibrant, modern in approach, and passionate about the automotive industry. This role suits an ambitious individual with strong sales ability, excellent people skills, and a proactive attitude.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance across both new and pre-owned vehicle departments
Maximise cross-selling opportunities within the dealership
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
Remain actively involved in daily sales activities and customer interaction
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Assist with stock management and showroom presentation
Work closely with F&I and aftermarket departments to maximise profitability
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure dealership processes and compliance standards are maintained

Requirements:

Proven track record as a successful Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership
Recent experience in a Sales Management or Assistant Sales Management role
Strong ability to sell both new and pre-owned vehicles
Cross-selling experience is essential
Stable and consistent career history
Valid driver’s licence
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Good understanding of dealership sales processes
