Minimum Requirements

✔ 5+ years'' experience in hospital patient administration

✔ Minimum 3 years'' experience managing a patient administration or admissions team

✔ Private hospital experience is essential

✔ Strong medical aid, billing, and authorisation experience

✔ ICD-10 Coding Qualification (Intermediate or Advanced)

✔ Sound understanding of hospital billing systems and revenue cycle management

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
