SUMMARY:
Available for a new and exciting role within the Security Services sector? Large corporate concern based in Centurion has an opportunity for a Payroll Financial Manager(EE) to join their team. Report directly to the Financial Director.

POSITION INFO:
A completed B.Com (Accounting) degree / similar is essential coupled with 5+ years experience in Payroll / Financial Management essential as well as a good command of SAGE 300 People and SAP?. KPI's include: overseeing the monthly processing of payroll interface, reallocation and reversal journals; overseeing the exporting of payroll reports in preparation for schedules and 3rd party payments; review monthly 3rd party and salary control reconciliations; provide assistance and guidance to the team; ensure payment deadlines are met to all clients; perform regular payroll data reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies; assist in the streamlining of payroll processes; ensure that payroll adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and company policies; prepare accurate and timely payroll related financial reports for internal and external stakeholders; assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to automate payroll processes and improve overall efficiency and assist in addressing payroll related queries from auditors and other external parties. Solid understanding of financial transactions, processes and principles as well as strong admin skills and the ability to work under pressure.
