POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

A leading brand in financial services is seeking for a vibrant, energetic and goal oriented payroll manager to join their team

Education:

• Responsible for monthly payroll process
• Identify potential risks and report to the head of rewards and benefits
• Responsible for administrative procedures and documentation
• Responsible for performance mananagement and staff developement
• Responsible for addressing statutory returns
• Facilitates auditS
• Ensure SARS accounts relating to payroll are accurately analysed
• Responsible for the Easy-file and E-filing software process
• Process of full IRP5, EMP201 and EMP501

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bcom Honours in Accounting/Human Resource
• Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years management role
• 2000 headcount is essential
• Advance Microsoft office suite
