POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

A leading brand in financial services is seeking for a vibrant, energetic and goal oriented payroll manager to join their team

Education:

Responsible for monthly payroll process
Identify potential risks and report to the head of rewards and benefits
Responsible for administrative procedures and documentation
Responsible for performance mananagement and staff developement
Responsible for addressing statutory returns
Facilitates auditS
Ensure SARS accounts relating to payroll are accurately analysed
Responsible for the Easy-file and E-filing software process
Process of full IRP5, EMP201 and EMP501

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bcom Honours in Accounting/Human Resource
Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years management role
2000 headcount is essential
Advance Microsoft office suite
