A construction company in South Africa is currently seeking a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager has to manage, direct, control, and process the company’s payroll.

As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Payroll processing and administration
Employee benefits administration
Leave administrator
EES Administrator
Employment Equity
Employee Benefits Administration

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Diploma/Degree in Payroll Management

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience

Experience in Shared Services are required

Excellent leadership skills

Able to communicate at senior level

Experience with multiple payrolls – as well as foreign jurisdictions, such as Botswana.
