A leading supplier in SA is currently seeking a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage the salary and wage payrolls and processes.

As a Payroll Manager you will responsible for the following:

Responsible for overall payroll function
Sign off on all payment requisitions
Ensure reconciliation and payment of monthly of returns are submitted
Design and enhancement of payroll parameters
Complete the annual salaries budgeting process
Administer and provide input on annual salary
Manage and Provide support for the annual salary adjustment process
Oversee the annual incentive allocations and payment process

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Payroll Diplima or Degree
Minimum 5 - 10 years experience as a Payroll Manager
Experience in SAP and Sage 300 required
Excellent leadership skills
Able to communicate at senior level
