Payroll Manager - Bedfordview

SUMMARY:

Our client that is in the Steel / Pump industry is looking for an Payroll Manager to join their team in Bedfordview.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

·         Grade 12 and relevant Accounting qualification

·         Minimum of 10 years experience in Payroll Department

·         3 – 5 years experience as Payroll Manager

·         Must have current experience on Sage VIP Payroll system and Syspro experience will be an advantage

·         Experience with payroll for staff count between 500 – 1000

·         Experience with the full payroll function that includes:

o   Payroll Processing

o   Payroll System Maintenance

o   Payroll Leave Module Maintenance

o   Payroll Equity Module Maintenance

o   Payroll Skills Module Maintenance

o   General Ledger

o   SARS monthly return

o   UIF monthly return

o   Retirement Fund monthly return

o   Discovery Medical Aid monthly returns

o   Funeral Fund monthly returns

o   Metal Industry Benefit Funds monthly return

o   Return of Earnings for all Companies

o   Payroll Month-end Reports

o   Salary Cashbook
