Requirements

Minimum 5 years payroll experience

Computer Skills Required

VIP Premier
People 300
SAGE ESS
Excellent Microsoft excel skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading New employees on systems timeously
Terminations on systems timeously
Processing overtime
Loading of Bank account details, AOD’s etc of employees onto the system and maintaining it
Monthly withdrawals of Pension/Provident fund and Medical aid
Processing of Increases and bonusses.
Balancing of Monthly payroll and closing off
