Personal Assistant to CEO

SUMMARY:
Our client in the food manufacturing sector is offering an opportunity for a role as  a PA to the CEO.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
• Manage all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required by the CEO.
• Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
• Support personal tasks and errands as requested by the CEO.
• Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and office supply management.

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO within an FMCG company
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS
• Experienced in compiling board packs
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Professional discretion and confidentiality.
• High attention to detail.
• Qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field advantageous
