Professional Personal Assistant to the Director – Centurion, Gauteng
POSITION INFO:
A dynamic and growing company in Centurion is seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate must be highly diligent, self-driven, and capable of working independently while efficiently managing a wide range of tasks for the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Assist with financial tasks, including basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:- Certificate or degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and discretion.
