Plant Controller | Up to R 900 000.00 per annum | Centurion

A leading organisation is urgently looking for an experienced Plant Controller to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working close to operations and understands the numbers behind manufacturing performance.

POSITION INFO:
ð¥ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You'll be responsible for providing strong financial and commercial support within the plant environment, including: ð Cost & Management Accounting - Detailed costing and cost analysis - Monitoring plant costs and profitability - Identifying cost variances and driving corrective action ð¦ BOM & Production Costing - Bill of Materials ( BOM ) management and analysis - Product costing - Reviewing production costs and cost drivers ð Budgeting & Forecasting - Annual budgeting - Forecasting and financial planning - Monitoring actuals against budget - Providing meaningful variance analysis to management ð WIP & Plant Performance - Work-in-Progress ( WIP ) analysis - Monitoring inventory and production-related costs - Supporting operational teams with financial insights - Driving improved cost control and plant performance ð¯ WE'RE LOOKING FOR: â Relevant Degree â 5+ years' experience in Cost & Management Accounting â Strong plant\/manufacturing environment exposure â Solid BOM, WIP, budgeting & forecasting experience â Strong analytical and commercial skills â Someone who can work closely with operations and production â A hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
