JOB SUMMARY:
A well established financial organization that specializes in creating customized investment portfolios for private clients, charities, trusts and corporate entities, is looking for a Platform Support Manager with experience in asset management to join their Head Office in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Modelling ownership
Support on queries
Training of business, troubleshoot setup
Account groups, target sets, proposal pad - i.e. all the components of modelling
Xplan compliance - requirements and implementation
Deviation monitoring - requirements and implementation
Xplan product roadmap owner
Management of Iress product backlog
TWRR
Support on queries
Requirements gathering and implementation
Xplan product SMEÂ
Have extensive knowledge of Xplan interface, building and configuration
Trade support
Offshore engagement with the Offshore Trade Support TeamÂ
Local trading support point of contact
Local / JSE trade allocations
Support & queries
Xplan support team ownership
Managing end user support
Managing support team
Daily recon activities & monitoring
Exception report monitoring & surfacing new control report requests
User acceptance testing
Business sign-off on all product upgrade testing
Overall product training accountability
Product owner for other Ops systems, including client care & LISP support team owner

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Economics
Product ownership experience
