Love numbers & property? We’re seeking a sharp Portfolio Accountant to drive reporting, compliance & analysis for top-performing property portfolios!

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financials for allocated property portfolios
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
Deliver financial insights to support smart investment decisions
Partner with property managers to strengthen portfolio performance

Skills & Requirements:

BCom
3–5 years’ accounting experience (property industry experience ideal)
ERP/property system knowledge
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
