JOB SUMMARY:

South Africa's best and most trusted property investment group is looking for an energetic, dependable Afrikaans speaking female Portfolio Administrator to join their Cape Town office in N/S to grow their family.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A RECENT PROFESSIONAL PROFILE PHOTO MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR APPLICATION

START DATE : A.S.A.P / IMMEDIATE

DUTIES:

Inform team on a monthly bases on vacating tenants
Send vacating checklist to all tenants who give notice on allocated portfolio
Attend AGMs on allocated blocks in person or via zoom
Monthly walk around blocks managed and report to managing agents on findings – follow up on items that need to be attended to
Receive rental application and open file and prepare all docs
Upload lease to pay prop and debit order form
Create property, create tenant and create invoices on Pay Prop
Ensure accounts are paid on behalf of Landlord
Send monthly statements and invoices to Landlord and tenants
Attend to deposit refund payments within 14 days

REQUIREMENTS:

NQF 4 or working towards completing NQF 4
2 years’ experience in a similar position
Experience with rentals
Pay prop, Red Rabbit, Excel, Google Docs (non-negotiable)
Own transport (non-negotiable)
Administrative skills
Communication skills
Telephone etiquette
