POSITION INFO:
Requirements : Minimum 3-5 years' experience in property, sectional title, homeowners' association, or community scheme management. Strong knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, and related legislation. Excellent administrative, communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple portfolios, and perform effectively under pressure. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence are essential. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use community schemes. Prepare, coordinate, and attend Annual General Meetings, Trustee\/Governing Body Meetings, and other scheme meetings. Compile agendas, minutes, resolutions, and statutory documentation in accordance with legislative requirements. Manage maintenance matters, contractor liaison, quotations, insurance claims, and scheme-related projects. Monitor and review management accounts, budgets, levy collections, municipal accounts, and creditor payments. Provide guidance to trustees, owners, and governing bodies regarding legislation, governance, and scheme rules. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company procedures, and foster strong client relationships. Benefits: 13th cheque dependent on employee and company performance.
