POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: An established property management company is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential sectional title buildings. This role is ideal for a proactive property professional who enjoys balancing relationship management, financial administration, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of multiple properties while providing excellent service to owners, trustees, and other stakeholders. You'll gain valuable exposure to portfolio management, financial query resolution, and stakeholder engagement within a professional and supportive property environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 residential sectional title buildings Oversee the day-to-day administration and operation of each property Attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and provide ongoing support to trustees and owners Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders Handle and resolve account-related queries efficiently and professionally Ensure accurate financial administration and timely communication Assist with property-related reporting and portfolio management activities Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: Minimum Matric with Accounting Relevant Degree advantageous Experience: Minimum 3 years' sectional title experience Property industry experience is non-negotiable Portfolio management exposure highly advantageous Skills & Competencies: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong financial administration and query-resolution skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities What's in it for you?
