My client who is expanding is currently looking for a Power Business Intelligence Developer for their new division. The successful candidate must be ambitious. This is a work-life balance opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description:

The Voice MI team is looking to recruit a Power BI Developer who has 5 years or more experience in BI development with specific experience using the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SQL, SSAS, and SSRS/ Power BI) and must be able to do end-to-end development which includes liaising with business stakeholders.

Education and experience

Matric,
Microsoft BI Stack
Degree in Information Systems, Business or Computer Sciences or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong exposure to Tableau
Strong exposure to Alteryx, Qlik and or PowerBI
Experience working with Data Access, Analysis and Warehousing - Strong SQL, ETL.

Skills:

2-3 Years’ experience developing Power BI dashboards (visualisation, DAX, M);
3-5 Years’ data modelling experience.
3-5 Years’ T-SQL development experience.
Relevant Microsoft Certifications is a must have.
Degree will be an advantage.
SSIS, SSRS and SSAS development experience will be advantageous.
A clear understanding of business objectives and strategies is crucial.
Consulting and/or contracting experience to multiple clients advantageous.
