Practice Operations & Admin Manager

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee the daily operations, finances, and administration of a busy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing, collections, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and minimal revenue leakage
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient practice management
Supervise and support admin, reception, and billing teams to maintain high performance
Monitor financial reporting, expenses, and supplier payments
Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiencies
Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships
Maintain strong relationships with patients and external stakeholders
Ensure effective use of systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking
Support marketing activities and maintain brand consistency

Key Requirements:

Strong financial and operational management experience
Proven team leadership and coordination skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM or practice management systems (e.g. Zoho advantageous)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
